ASL AT CLT

The cast and crew of L/A Community Little Theatre Presents A New Home were thrilled to be joined by Roxanne Baker, a member of the Deaf community, and interpreter Tristen Downey to learn American Sign Language (ASL) for this production. All 31 members of the cast will sing and sign the song "One More Goodbye" during the show.

Community Little Theatre is also proud to announce that we have received a grant from the Maine Arts Commission in support of A New Home. This funding will play a vital role in advancing our commitment to accessibility and inclusion. Specifically, it will support the cost of ASL interpretation for two performances: the Sunday, November 2nd matinee at 3:00 pm and the Saturday, November 8th evening performance at 7:30 pm.

We are especially grateful for this opportunity to ensure that members of the Deaf and hard of hearing community can fully experience and engage with this production, which seeks to honor and reflect the diverse voices of our community!

Honestly I thought I would uninstall this game after trying it once, but I still have it on my phone. It’s simple and easy to play. I just open it sometimes when I feel bored. It runs fine on my phone without lag so far. It’s not very exciting or different but still okay. I don’t play daily, just sometimes. Good enough for short time use and simple casual playing when needed.

ASL at CLT” can have different meanings depending on context. In most cases, ASL stands for American Sign Language, and CLT refers to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, where services may be available for deaf or hard-of-hearing travelers. It can also mean “Age, Sex, Location” in casual online chats, though that usage is less common in formal settings.

Just like wearing a vin diesel jacket reflects bold identity and confidence, understanding the right context of terms like ASL at CLT helps you communicate clearly and make the right impression in any situation.

I found the discussion quite informative and easy to relate to, especially the way it breaks down how established footwear brands manage to stay relevant despite changing consumer expectations and rising competition. It’s interesting to see how factors like pricing, product quality, and brand positioning continue to influence buying behavior in such a competitive space. The case of Clarks in particular shows how a long-standing brand can still maintain its identity while adapting to modern retail challenges, whether that’s through distribution channels, product innovation, or responding to shifting market trends. The insights also make it clear that the footwear sector in the UK is not just about selling products but also about understanding customer segments and evolving with lifestyle preferences.…
