HOME IS WHERE ... ?

On September 6th, 2025, Central Maine Artists for Justice * — a group of performers, musicians and artists from Central Maine — hosted a fundraising event on behalf of Mainers for Humane Immigration. All proceeds will go directly to Mainers for Humane Immigration, who use their funds to help people dealing with ICE.

The theme for the event's performances is titled, "Home is Where...?" At a time in the U.S. where immigrants and unhoused people are being violently targeted and criminalized, we seek to spend time together thinking about what "home" really means, either to those of us harmed by government policies and racism, or to those of us who have always had a safe home, and recognize that this is a privilege. For this fundraiser and talent showcase, we ask the audience and our performers to consider: How can we build a world where everyone has not just safe shelter, but a home where they feel belonging and support?

Cast members from Lewiston Auburn Community Little Theatre's upcoming original musical, A NEW HOME, performed the song "One More Goodbye" at the Benefit. Pictured are Joseph Daniels, Casey Waters, Janelle Raven, Karianna Merrill, Justin Morin, Susan Caron, Paul Caron, Kelsey Sukeforth, Lynn Thibault McLain, Brandon Sukeforth, and Gregory Judd.

Using technology to increase access to youth mental health support may offer a practical way for young people to reach guidance, safe-spaces, and early help without feeling overwhelmed by traditional systems. Digital platforms, helplines, and apps could give them a chance to seek support privately, connect with trained listeners-orexplore resources that might ease their emotional load. This gentle shift toward tech-based support may encourage youth to open-up at their own pace, especially when in-person help feels too heavy to approach.

There is always a chance that these tools-quietly make support feel closer than before, creating moments where help appears just a tap-Berlinintim away. Even a small digital interaction might bring a sense of comfort. And somewhere in that space, you…

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great شيخ روحاني resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhane users. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com

One thing I noticed right away is that happypawsus doesn’t chase trends blindly. They focus on healthy, well-bred animals. While looking at listings for large Maine Coon cats, it was clear that size was never prioritized over health or temperament. This balance is important and shows that the platform works with knowledgeable breeders.
