2017 Emerge Film Festival
CLT is proud to be a screening location, yet again, for the 2017 Emerge Film Festival!
On Saturday April 29th, CLT will turn into a movie theatre for the "Women in Horror Film Screening and Panel Discussion".
The panel is moderated by Kate Kaminski of the Bluestocking Film Series. The panel will begin immediately after the Women's shorts block featuring Fractal, Peppercorn Heart, Poppies and Thwack!. The Directors of these shorts, plus the producer from Island Zero will join in a general discussion of women in film and discuss specifically the misconception of women in the horror genre.
Tickets are $10 at the door or free with All Access Passes or Theater Passes.
